In other news, after a brush with death (I'll post an extremely dramatic post soon about the dog fight PJJ dragged both of us into.... the other dog won and we both came home bleeding, but alas, more to come later), we decided to try out the ole choke collar on PJ Joey. Mother and Baby are now doing much better on our walks. And my physical wounds have almost healed. My emotional wounds need more time....

Also, Caleb has finished up his OB rotation and has moved on to Internal Medicine which will wrap up this December. He goes in at 8am and this week has been getting done around 2pm. Hmmmmm..... didn't I become a teacher for those kind of hours? Why am I the one leaving the house at 6:30am and getting home at 4pm. What bizarre universe is this?

Look out, White Chocolate Almond....there's a new fave in town!

And her name is Caramel Turtle Cheesecake. She is perfect and I am in love.

This is Blue Bell's Flavor of the Month, and it should be recognized as Ice Cream's Flavor of the Decade because it is A.M.A.Z.I.N.G.

For anyone else that shares my obsession with all things fatty, stop what you're doing RIGHT NOW and go buy a tub- you will not regret it.

Despite the TERRIBLE results from buzzing PJ Joey last time, I went for it again!

The secret to my success this time? I refused to give up. Even though from start to finish it took TWO HOURS and we had three escapes (er.... I mean "breaks" for PJ to rest and run around) I got back on the wagon every time until she looked halfway presentable.

And check out these bad boys. It appears that mosquitoes FEASTED on my ankles the entire time I was grooming the Peej. Agh!
































In other news, we had the BEST Labor Day! We spent it in Starkville and had the good fortune to watch the Dawgs win. I love the sound of cowbells in the autumn.

Also while visiting the kinfolk, McRae showed us a new search engine to use ( don't quit reading just because this part sounds super nerdy!) and while fiddling around with it, we discovered that on September 6, 2010, I turned 10,000 days old!
