There hasn't been a Bridal Shower in a while, so I'm sure many of you are having withdrawals from my Signature Dessert, Razmataz. Lucky for you, I have news on a tasty alternative: RazmaPancakes!!! Although I will never give up my true secret recipe, here's what you can to to satisfy your craving:
RazmaPancakes:
1. Make your pancakes.
2. Microwave raspberry jam in the microwave until it's a liquid and not jammy.
3. Sprinkle white chocolate chips over hot pancakes.
4. Drizzle piping hot raspberry jam-liquid over pancakes.
5. Enjoy!
* I did a flourish of whipped cream on the side for presentation.

That Razzamapancake Looks Awesome! I wish me and Patsy could come over for a tasting!! As much as we all complained, I really miss the showers too. :(

P.S. Tell Heather none of us want to deprive (read:starve) ourselves again like we did before our weddings. Does she not remember the scare with the Tupelo seamstress and your dress?
And, I am kinda liking my extra cushion. I am not so cold now.
