Reason #37 why it's probably good I am not yet raising a child

I thought the Ice Cream Truck was playing RAP music.

Caleb and I were at the park jogging when I realized I was hearing rap music, but it was like it had been modified for an elevator or a grocery store. I looked around and realized it was coming from the Ice Cream Truck. Here is the conversation that followed:

Me: "CALEB! The Ice Cream Man is blaring out RAP music! This park is NOT that ghetto."
Caleb: "Huh? What song do you think is being played right now?" (straining his ear to listen carefully)
Me (singing along with the Ice Cream Truck Rap Song):
Does yo chain hang low
Do it wobble to the flo
Does it shine in the light
Is it platinum, Is it gold
Could you throw it over ya shoulda
If ya hot, to make ya cold
Do your chain hang low
Caleb: "Seriously???? Tricia, that was a children's song first.... Do your ears hang low, do they wobble to and fro, can you tie it in a knot, can you tie it in a bow....

I was "so shamed" as my West Point kids liked to say.

Don't worry Tricia. I hear that song too when the ice cream truck drives by.
