Saturday, we visited sites to consider for our ministry sites this summer. We chose two- one is a playground/women's center in the city and the other is pictured below... it is I guess considered "the projects." It's home to squatters. I have more pictures of this area, but my camera battery is dead.
Next we also toured two places to see where our group will be staying during the week. We chose the same place we used last summer. Here's a room at the camp:
We got a lot accomplished including a budget and project schedule. Even though the trip is in July, it will be here before we know it! Right now, registration numbers for the trip are pretty good, we're expecting about 45 participants. Yay! Please start praying now for this mission trip to Ecuador.
