Tacky Christmas

We attended the Saulters annual Tacky Christmas Party and it was Tackalicious.
Caleb made his sweatshirt. As in, he bought the gray sweatshirt, bought the fabric, cut the fabric into a candy cane, then proceeded to use the SEWING MACHINE and sew it to the sweatshirt. All of this approximately an HOUR before we needed to leave. I think it turned out beautifully.
This is Hope. During the Dirty Santa game, she unwrapped this beta fish. I promptly stole it from her in the name of education.

I took the fish to school, and the students quickly bonded to it. They voted on the name Seymour Butts (haha, so funny I forgot to laugh) and they check on him everyday to make sure he's still alive.

In fact, over the holiday break, one student is even babysitting Seymour. He went home on the bus with her. She showed me a picture of him to prove that he was, in fact, still alive. We'll see if he lives through the break. I hear she has cats. We'll see.
