Hey Juice, I've got a question!

This will be quick, but I wanted to put this up for everyone to see. Apparently, some website airs a show where they interview the guest for half the time and then allow live call-ins. Well, recently, the show allowed OJ to come on there for interviews and callers decided to take the opportunity to give OJ a little ribbing about...you know...his double murder case (which ALLEGEDLY occurred on my 10th birthday--Happy Birthday, Little Caleb!).

(Hat tip to Deadspin and Winning the Turnover Battle. And Bill Walsh is the former coach of the 49ers, who happened to die yesterday of leukemia. Walsh led the Niners to multiple Super Bowls in the 80s, winning three, with Joe Montana--and some guy named Rice from Crawford, MS.)

Sadly, I went to the theatre to see Planet of the Apes as well. I think it was all the pre-movie hype surrounding the release. I fell victim to this same hype when I went to the theatre to see "Godzilla". Best part of that movie was to hear Puffy or P-Diddy or Diddy absolutely butcher Led Zeppelin’s "Kashmere". Imagine my shock when I bought the soundtrack (yes, I did buy it and still cannot believe I did that) and Jimmy Page actually played on that awful song. To top it off Tom Morello (Rage Against the Machine's guitarist..aka one of the baddest guitar players ever!) produced the song and played on it as well. I think Puffy has some kind of hypnosis that makes great people do awful things. The plus to that soundtrack was Green Day's Re-Mix version of "Brain Stew" which was no different then their original version except it had Godzilla yelling in the background. You gotta love capitalism! I did not purchase either of these DVD's when they came out. You are on your own on that one Caleb. And thank you for getting me hooked on Deadspin.

Trav,
Glad you liked Deadspin. It's great. And the Brain Stew Remix was fantastic! And don't be ashamed of buying the Godzilla CD. I didn't buy it, but I certainly remember my friends telling me it was "the greatest movie soundtrack EVER!"

No comment to anything regard Planet of the Apes.
