ASIAGO
Is anyone still on this cheese journey with me? If so, go get your wedge of asiago, asap. It's delicious! I bought mine yesterday and I just want to attach the grater to my hand and wander aimlessly around the house, grating it straight into my mouth.So far, all I've used it for is to make bread even better, but here are some recipe links if you want to give it a go:
