Better late than never, especially when it comes to this delicious cheese....
PECORINO ROMANO
This cheese reminds me a lot of asiago (which may go down as one of my faves!), but the pecorino romano is a little saltier I think. Saltier in a good way, as in more flavor. I made this dish below and if not for the cheese, it would have been so bland.
Pecorino romano = dinner saver!
The above dish is pasta with roasted zucchini and chicken and of course this month's cheese!
